For You
"for you"
for you I set myself free.
no conches in the way I speak ,how deep I breath, nor the truths in what I believe.
with you I have finally found peace.
and if that's possible when thoughts think of the impossible then ill take sight in the oddest of scenes ,like a red rose growing out of concrete.
"funny thing", to get lost in your words when that's all that you are.
in between four walls with pen and pad in hand but over my head is a unification of the sun, moon, and freckled face stars.
a soothing poem that framed my feelings for a moment when something needed to be said.
a discovery of who I am when I open you up and read you, putting together a puzzle drawn from my pen.
could be years away from you and still be visited through turning pages.
soothing poetry read by a complete stranger could be the blueprint of my growth and my changes...mb
