For the Love of It

An enjoyment and not a duty,
doesn't feel out of the way.
A chance to just be different,
and not the self of every day.

To seek the ultimate challenge,
to find comfort, when there's none.
To help someone in real need,
or do something just for fun.

Individually is there meaning,
to others hard to explain.
Remarkable is the feeling,
for so much, is there to gain.

A passion that goes onward,
a purpose with a role.
A reason to continue living,
a love that fills the soul.
