for the broken

I've spent my days on what should have never concerned me .
I poured my time into people who never really wanted me.
Not long term anyway 
I'll still nod my head as if I'm okay.
I'm broken. 
I'm defeated.
 I want not a bit more conflict

I'd rather go off on my own though I know it's a death sentence. 
I've tried to talk to God to have him understand my repentance. 
I'm broken still bruising
It's no wonder why in this
