For Me

Tears streaming down now
For what I once was
For what I will never be 
For me losing me

Heart shutting off now
For what I need
For what I leave
For protecting me

Breath flowing slow now
For what breaks me
For what takes me
For hiding inside me

Eyes closing tight now
For what I can’t see
For what I can’t believe
For remembering me
