For In You (Is There Any Other Thing ?)
Ever You call,
past the business of our day.
Patient are you ,
always wanting us to come,
and the shallowness that is all else
compared to You falls away.
For in You,
is found true fulfillment,
and the answers to ALL
we will ever search for.
Thinking upon the truth of this
brings me close to tears.
You,
the fulfillment of our days-
endeavoring to have each of us empty of ourselves
so that through each of our coming days
we can continue being filled with You.
Is there any other thing
to which we would ultimately obtain?
All else that we do
is a byproduct of Your Life living through us.
