Fool Me Twice
I have never held a grudge.
Yet, I have learned many lessons.
No acid, tears, anger, or vengeance.
Solely, absent from further sessions.
Not a head of rock,
nor a heart of poison.
Avoid the outlining chalk,
brought by harmful potion.
Trying always to forgive,
for I am no perfect bet.
But wisdom has taught me this.
It is naively dangerous to forget.
