Fool me Once

Howl, I said, roar at the moon Reign I said, cast upon the land Fill me with fury, feel me with greed For I am the coursing blood in your veins I am the whisper of terror in your adversary I am the growing pleasure of your actions that wrought pain upon those who dare defy me Take my soul, take my life Take the very breath in my lungs I will not cower, I will not halt I will continue being the thought in your mind The one who tells you that madness never ends That wages war in your consciousness I will tell you to burn the people, feed the hate Let them become ashes below your feet Step on the bones, drink upon the tables of their wine Spit in the blaze that holds your spirit chained Quench that which must be reclaimed Doubtful is the mind that cannot think Spiteful is the person who cannot act You hold yourself with such contempt Release your binds, cease your tension Let the words flow, and the thoughts that follow Hold not back the angst that beckoned you Let it free upon the hearts that contest You are a monarch of wrath, an empress of disaster Let it be, let it rid those who defile your outrage Hold back not what you feel, but the sentiment of empathy For holding in what your meant to be Will challenge that which makes you Poison you with a mug of steadiness For it shall come again In the form of love, hapiness, devotion It is lies! Falsehoods I say that that cement your faith Believe not in the untruths, but what you uncover Let the sympathy sway not your rage, but feed it For rage must come unbound Anger must be relinquished Let it not burn you, but your desire Let it scorch those who enflame you For they are your foe hidden within wool Mock sheep who shall destroy you Close is the end of all battles Madness i say, let loose Sear I say, the flames of war Fill me with nothing but hatred For I am a woman, scorned
