Follow Loves Scent
Follow love’s scent, in close embrace,
celebrating upward ascent,
ensured on granting joy consent,
renouncing life’s mundane rat race
and thus with no earth goals to chase,
fears exhumed, our will to God bent,
follow love’s scent.
Feel the outpourings of God’s grace,
ensuring that we be present
in the here and now, heart content,
gentling thought, slowing down life’s pace.
Follow love’s scent.
