Foggy
You were all denim and
Dirty boots
To match my sad eyes
and curls
All summer we ran round
like dogs
Just puppies looking for
A place to lay
And then you climbed on top of me
You ran your fingers through my hair
You put your hand on my chest
I can still feel you shaking
And you closed your eyes
And you tried to kiss him
When the weather gets colder
I try to imagine you
But I just can't remember your
face
But I remember the taste of the
Second place ribbon
You pinned to my tongue
With yours
