Flying Above the Storm
There’s so many storms of life
that effects us on our way
tempting us to go for shelter
hiding from these times so grey
These shelters only are temporary
for eventually their seams do crack
lying there prone to be shot
sure to be hit from the enemy attack
It’s better to use strength you have
and use your own eagle’s wing
so fly high above that storm
to be like a victorious king
Train your wings to flap along
giving power to instil your heart
so to soar above the clouds
high you’ll be not just a little part
So this is your way to victory
seeing the storms like an eagle
walking on air so to speak
thanking God you’re not a seagull!
