Fluffy Cats

Fluffy cats frivolous laying on best linen faces oblivious excessively grinning Impudent sparrows and chattering larks, wooing old ladies beyond in the park Standing on limestone paths Where nervous starling waits Grabbing scraps from dishes ballet on garden gates Yawning pink palate wet stabbing teeth. Folks cannot pass them but stroke on the street But when night falls dark and paws are licked clean They enter town parks While old ladies dream

Cool rhythm and rhyme... strong imagery and short colorful phrases like '...yawning pink palate wet stabbing teeth.' Well done Declan... Keith
