Flowers To Seeds

Life is a seed in the garden planted so deep in the ground
Hungry for sunshine praying for rain
Waiting to open it's eyes , arms reaching up to the sky

Hope is a tree in the forest roots so deep in the ground
Searching for water Lord I am thirsty
Yearning to drink of your wine, that someday I will see the light

Faith is a well in the desert when the journey leaves you in despair
And you feast on the fruit of His bountiful word
and drink from the spring of His love
and grow in the spirit of light

Love is the hands that planted, That gave us this gift of life
and taught us of faith, to trust in His spirit
always to follow the Son
And always to follow the Son

Born from the dust and returned to the wind
Time after time and again and again
Souls are flowers the seasons reclaim
Till only the seeds will remain
Flowers to Seeds again
