Flower of Love

a breaking dawn collects the sun’s first rays
my flower daydreams but she seems content
a love match is what set the day ablaze

wonderful winds of change filled her long days
so many fragrant messages, breeze sent
a breaking dawn collects the sun’s first rays

high noon brings a bee that stops, but he stays
he discovered her fragrant and sweet scent
a love match is what set the day ablaze

he won’t share his treasure; persistence pays
carnal pursuits rewarded, time well spent
a breaking dawn collects the sun’s first rays

a mutual reward grew a love haze
the sun drove the night from a love lament
a love match is what set the day ablaze

the full moon wrapped the pair as one always
the flower of love now their true intent
a breaking dawn collects the sun’s first rays
a love match is what set the day ablaze
