Flower of Darkness

Ride on silver, ride on
To the grave...and beyond
Ride on silver, ride on
To the grave...and beyond
To the land of the brave/
The saved

Fly on birdie, fly on
To the sun...and beyond
Fly on birdie, fly on
To the sun...and beyond
To your loved one
The undone

Don't dance with the flower of darkness
Angel of the night
Steal your soul
Then rob the day of light
This incarnation of carnal desire
Burns, burns, burns!

She sells laughter
She sells fun
She sells white dreams
The market in springtime
Sells flower and willow
Primrose for your bed pillow

Don't dance with the flower of darkness
Angel of the night
Steal your soul
Then rob the day of light
This incarnation of carnal desire
Burns, burns, burns!
