Flower In the Rain

From your slumbering sleep you have risen Gently as you open up your petals You give smile to what the world has given Sweet scent of yours can even melt the metals. You arose like a gentle dawn And you open up your eyes Like a newest babe born Tears trickling down as she cries Displaying your alluring flowers That can captivate the passers No one and nobody is aware That you truly and genuinely care. Rainy season finally arrived Your flowers tried to abide Seeking care, comfort and affection Only few who take the action. Oh! How mere you are flower in the rain How and when will you flower will reign I do hope everything ends with a rainbow Where there is new hope, new life for tomorrow.

Enjoyed this little poem as well. I made comment before regarding some other writing that only a God could have truly created something as rigorously perfect and as mathematically flawless as a flowers petals...All flowers are truly beautiful! My best regards, Stephany. :) john P.s A seven.
