Flower In Her Hair

She always wears that silver flower
Because precious memories fill it up
No one knows her best friends past
It's in her raven locks as his promise
To never leave her alone, to always be there
And also as a reminder of their closeness
He has yet to betray her trust
So it remains in its proper place
A fragment from both bleeding hearts
Love for them isn't possible
He loves another girl to
And she can't forget the first
Both have been broken and scarred
Music possess them
Proud of each others dreams
Rain pelts her tear-streaked face
Flames of guilt consume him
They are so blind to one another
Yet they realize the need for each other

Wow I love this one, it's like a little short tail, this makes me think of flowers and peace signs for some reason, but a beautiful sight on them realizing they need each other, enjoyed your write..P.D.
