Flourish My Friend
Dear friend,
I want the very best for you.
I wish that you knew you were loved,
cared for, nurtured, hold purpose.
Don't listen to those who seek to oppress you,
or those who speak words to chastise,
otherwise shackles may form around your feet.
Instead, be firm and know -
you are amazing, gracious, kind,
undeniably and inexplicably unique.
Don't let the worries of this mortal life deceive you,
for you are capable, strong, determined,
made for so much more.
Stand true my friend,
and one day you shall -
flourish.
