Florentine Cafe

Sippin' on a cup of Latte in a Florentine cafe
I was plannin' on how to spend my day…
When you walked over and asked me if this
Seat was taken, I looked up from my pen and
Paper and was awestruck by the dark haired
Hottie that was askin'!
I stood up and said why not have a seat
Although I wouldn't of in a million years
Conceived of the daily events that were
That were about to unfold and happen.
After a little conversation and gettin' to know
Each other better I said I just gotta ask you
somethin'...
What made you wanna sit at my table when you
Could have sat anywhere? You just smiled and said
Should I go and leave you to your letter?
I said, uh no, no that's ok I was just curious and
By the way it's not a letter I was just planning
My Vacation for today. You smiled again and
said well maybe we could spend it together.
I smiled back and said well hey I've got no
objections here! Then you said well then
I'll be your tour guide!
But I could tell in your voice and in your lovely
eyes I was in for quite a ride as we spent the
rest of the day getting acquainted in the ancient
city of Florence Italy and as the night did fall
quite too suddenly you asked me if I'd like to
go back to your place and before I knew it we
were naked under the covers, making love to
one another!
And now as the sun shines through the window
I lay awake and ponder was this your objective
from the start? What a way to spend what's left
of my holiday...God I love Florence Italy!
I hope I get this lucky again today whether
you ask me to stay or whether I find myself
back down at the Florentine Cafe!
