Floods follow no lofty order, And blind be to any border, They like none, nor dislike, And equal do all strike, He knows who’s a fair beholder. ___________________________ Happenings |24.08.2024| river, flood Poet’s note: The new regime in Bangladesh recently felt that India deliberately opened up dam waters to inundate the neighbour country. This ditty shows, the truth is otherwise. The Indian territory was no less affected by the floods, and their fear is not well-founded.
