FLOATING,
The tree embowered in dense foliage to stand
on the brink of a flowing stream strand.
A dry leaf shivered by blowing breeze
being detached from the tree falls at ease,
starts floating rippling up down with waves.
Whimsical, haphazard it behaves.
Descending trough or ascending the crest.
No goal ! neither to stop nor makes haste.
Bound to move led by propagation.
Can't control speed or the direction.
Halcyon horizon, Sun about to set.
Evening merging , birds flying to nest.
Watching floating leaf seeming aimless.
As if me surrendering helpless
floating along with my destiny.
Sinking in morose monotony.
Me being the puppet of fate as if
moving meaningless like floating leaf.
