Flat Days

Today I feel flat, I find it a little hard to motivate The sun is shining, I feel loved Yet still I feel low So why? This is unlike me Usually strong, relaxed, no stress Today I feel flat, time to accept and adopt this Like a hand torch, my battery fails A dim weak light Run out? I need to find charge Energise myself, invigorate, lift Today I feel flat, I need power from within myself Hard to find also, have to dig deep I feel I owe this Not sink? Or just accept Live with this feeling, explore it So today I feel flat, tomorrow maybe better
