Open graves, petrichor pelts a casket nailed shut—awoken by trembling flashbacks, clawing for air.

You have a unique way with words and this is no exception, everytime i read the prompt takes i kept finding this as so very attractive and exquisite! One that is so very descriptive and haunting! As you know i love dark poetry, and its so impressive how in few words youv expressed so much, in a soulful manner! I know you dont like word counts but youv nailed it here! Thank you for sharing! Oh, Sara. You've gone totally Poe, and I'm loving it! I have been nailed in a coffin, not knowing I was dead and wrote about it. LOL not literally but it was a few years ago.
