Flag of War

Flag of war

Red, the pool is red,
the body in it dead.
The soldier's face in pain,
death pain, never felt again.

White, the body senses light,
lost souls following the light.
Which way do they go,
heaven or hell? We'll never know.

Blue, his comrades blue,
for they see futures through,
mangled bodies, faces of pain,
death pain, never felt again.
