Five Years Taken From Me
Five years ago my life was taken from
Me,
And placed in this Godforsaken place
Leaving me just memories of those
So very dear to me.
Memories to let me know who and
What I am,
Memories that give me the will to see
All of you again.
Those I had trusted long ago
Have done this to me this much I know.
They will stop at nothing you see,
They will even destroy my family.
If the Good Lord can hear this prayer,
Let them know to please beware.
To my loved ones and family,
I hope soon I can be with thee.
I know somehow, somewhere,
Someone will hear my plea.
And we’ll make new moments and
New memories.
