Five In Lights And Shades
Five lights are tints of life
Five shades of skin on the line
Like the five fingers we use to hold in life
Finger prints of arch, loop and whorl in line
Five colors we dip so clear
In our hearts we hold so dear
In our dreams we paint so deep
In our lives we love to keep
Five shades in some flags
Or fewer than five one brags
Five in high fives we raise to stand
Five in each hand as a helping hand
Five lights, more or less, we wave
Like the five senses we use and save
Five stars we rate for life so good
Five and more, God grants your wish in hood
Five races in different colors we love and treasure
Memories of men and women with pride and honor
Keep the love alive everywhere you go...
Life was made for everyone to cherish and value!
