Fish
Oh to be a fish, what a fine life it must be,
Swimming all day long in its very own sea.
Floating among the greens and the rocks,
Diving for food with the eye of a hawk.
If only you knew what life is really like,
I know you'd be a dog rather than a pike.
Living in a glass bowl filled with water stone and sand,
Swimming back and forth without a foot or hand.
Yes the water is soft and the scenery is fine.
Some would say it's a good life
But it's not theirs...
it's mine!
