First Love

the night gets colder
tears running down my cheeks
then you show up
and your arms surround me
you say your sorry
all i can do is cry
for what you have done has hurt me
more than anything
i feel your tears fall onto me
i look up at your face
illuminated by the moonlight
both of us in tears
you kiss me and i dont resist
our hearts entwined
as we part we gaze into each others eyes
and smile for the first time in so long
and we both know our love will get through anything
