First Crack, Then Break

All unsatictory things 
that we have experienced
in life
seem to a great majority of us
like the shell of an egg
surrounding us,
in which we feel  
we  have been trapped,

In order to set ourselves free,
the first thing we should do,
before breaking it, 
is to crack the shell,
if we make no attempt
the rest of the family
might hear your knell
