Gathered ‘neath the cover of the fading light
Resting on blankets – summer celebration 
Eyes from many lands look up for fire bloom sights
Remembering the birth pains of a nation.

Spacious skies embrace delight - glee to employ.

Every year our city sponsors a fireworks display for the 4th of July. It's not the most spectacular of displays but it brings us all together for an evening of ooh's - ah's and community!
