Fireworks

Eyes as dark as the blackest night,
That gazed into my soul,
You set fireworks in my heart.
As colors burst in me,
The deafening noise of desire that reverberated within,
And the spark of lust.
I sensed a thirst, matched by my own.
Quenched only by the union,
Of you and me.
One soul, one body, one entity.

A single spark was enough to set off passionate fireworks, Angie! Short, but truly expressive! Full marks to you. Regards // paul
