FIREFLY ORACLE

night-soft glow~ single firefly drifts, tiny star hovering as though it carries secrets meant only for me.

Sara, I love this poem. Fireflies are a uniquely special part of summer - like stars to wish on at night. Beautiful images and I love the comparison to stars that hover in front of our eyes like a prophecy of summer. Love the title! Thank you for these moments to read about the loveliness that lights up a summer night. We don't have fireflies but we do have the summer songsters in crickets. Blessings and hugs!
