Fire

Hot,
blazing
no control
watch memories.
Fading away and crumble to the ground.
No stopping the flames destroy your world.
Lonely and scared
mad upset
confused
lost.

Is this about the fires out west?..I have seen some on TV on the news or weather channel..Sad that this is happening..Your presence at my work was uplifting...Sara

Excellent description not only of the fire, but also the manner in which it affects people who've lost their homes. Great writing, Cory! Love, arolyn
