Finesse

She strikes me with the way she walks
Her head held high and shoulders straight
A rhythmic smoothness in her step
The swing of arms matching her gait.

You might assume that she could be
A model trained to catch the eye;
Instead, she lives the dream of dance
This joy to life she won’t deny!
