Find Your People
Find the ones who see you in your worst silence, the kind that hangs heavy in your chest and makes your words feel useless. The ones who don’t flinch when your voice shakes or when your truth comes out in pieces. Find the people who don’t need you to shrink to fit their comfort, who sit with you even when you’re messy, uncertain, too much or not enough.
Look for the ones who laugh like they mean it and love like it’s their first instinct. The ones who remember the tiny details, like how you take your coffee or that one song you play on bad days. Find the people who don’t walk away when things get hard. The ones who don’t make you earn your place, who don’t ask you to filter your fire or swallow your softness. They won’t always be loud. They won’t always come dressed like heroes. Sometimes they’re the quiet girl who holds space like no one else. Sometimes they’re the friend who texts you just because they felt something in their chest and thought of you. Sometimes they’re the stranger who offers kindness when you least expect it. You’ll know them when your soul exhales. When the mask slips and they don’t flinch. When you laugh like you forgot the world was ever heavy. When your heart recognizes itself in someone else’s eyes. Find your people. The ones who don’t just stay, they see.
