Find You

I keep coming back to the place where I first saw you but there's no sign even shadows of you I should have talked to you back then when our eyes met and offered me a hand But I was too shy, too timid that even my "Thank you" barely came out my lips I should have given you my smile and not feeling like this, sighing thinking of you. I'm trying and trying Trying to find you Maybe I'll see you this weekend on that supermarket or maybe this afternoon, we'll ride the jeepney together Oh I'm trying and trying to find you everyday even in my dreams I want you to be there. I'm trying and trying Trying to find you Maybe tomorrow I'll see you at the park again and I'll follow every step as you jog. Oh I'm trying and trying to find you everyday from all the places where I saw you. I keep coming back to the place where I last saw you But there's no sign even shadows of you I should have asked where you're going should've asked for your name. But I was too shy, too timid that even my hands are trembling I should have approached you back then and don't need to feel like this, Sighing thinking of you. I'm trying and trying trying to find you but there's only one place you've never leave You never leave my heart since the first time I saw you. 07/15/2019 ~cvb~
