Find Me

The fiery depths of a soul began to creep,
Where the shadows lurked and began to speak.
That’s where you’ll find me.
Trapped between worlds of light and dark,
In need of rescue but unable to spark.
That’s where you’ll find me.
A doorway with ruins of ancient times,
Lost in translation to everyone’s eyes.
That’s where you’ll find me.
Swirling deep blackness without any air,
Drowning in sorrow and not a care.
That’s where you’ll find me.
When eyes of coal bid they show,
A lost little girl loses her soul.
That’s where you’ll find me.

I agree with Christy here, it's deep and intense. Also kind of eerie with the repeating lines. I really like that kind of thing. Congrats on your wonderful win.
