The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Finally Free But Still Wishing

the next time i write
it will be across somewhere in your heart
where i can easily caress the chocolate
covered memory of you

i have been oceanhopping
on the poor man's trip that i
have always dreamed of

the one beautiful ingredient missing was you

the next time i write
it will be at wherever the nape is
gently stimulating the emotional
promotional classification of your heart

i have been rental car travelling
in the center of my once cried about dreams
with my mouth hanging down on the rain dampened
floor mat with floridian blue skies entrancing me to
utterly sweet disbelief

the sweetest common factor missing is you
