Final Goodbye

I have been hit
I have been crushed
You stole away from me our lust
You abandoned me, there is no trust
My emotions are about to combust
I cannot take this pain
Knowing there is nothing left to gain
No feeling within me to sustain
But as long as you feel good
I don’t need to be understood
And the worst part of this is
Is that my eyes can’t even cry
I have no tears to pass me by
I have been beat up to bad
With nothing left in me to be had
But it’s okay because you don’t feel
Everything seemed so real
Now I know that it’s all gone
Because it is me that you will wrong
Time and time again
And there won’t ever be an end
Still you know I won’t contest
When you say you were my best
It is for you that I will always care
And with this my life have I to bare
