Fill My Cup Lord

When I'm sad and down and the world keeps going round fill my cup Lord and when I feel torn or when I'm weak and my body's torn fill my cup Lord and when I feel scared and this life's not fair fill my cup Lord fill my cup with your grace Lord cause in grace I see your face fill my cup lord fill my cup with forgiveness Lord and I can be your witness fill my cup Lord fill my cup with humility Lord with humility I can stand with you thru infinity fill my cup Lord

I really like this poem, Doris "Fill my cup with forgiveness, Lord, and I can be your witness." Yes, that sense of forgiveness we can have makes us kinder toward others. Amen. Nice rhyme scheme, too.

This is a wonderful poem, and prayer! I like the use of repeating lines. You could easily end up with a kyrielle here! Very nice.
