Figure
Guess he was inspiring
for love-loss-poetry,
Hope he brought and I was taught
from initially...
Friends without commitment
Driven not so much,
We grew and drew friendship anew
Neither in a rush.
Never even met you
How foolish to waste time,
To think I had a somebody
I dreamed to be all mine.
Life journeys bends where we were friends and
Obstacles we leaped,
Until a time where truth did shine
And love it spied and peeped.
We clung so tight for what seemed right
When hearts they break- descends,
Now shiver as I figure...
We should had just stayed friends.
