Fighting the Inner Man

I need to change my story
Confusion and unhappiness walking hand in hand
I need some directions, a real plan
I am in the center of a personal war fighting with the inner man
I feel like I can’t win this war
I keep praying for a miracle
Why is it so hard to turn this page, I need a new story with a happy ending
I am hating the person in the mirror
what a confusion ...this is constant sadness
I need a storybook end .

Beautiful in the depth of its sadness. I can completely relate. Keep writing.
