I dare you
I dare you to
Go ahead and Fight me!
Everyone wants to say
How wrong I am
Everybody tells me
I’m a fool for what I believe
Hate me!
Fight me!
Do what you need
What you need to succeed
But don’t tell me I never told you
What it means to know the truth
They say my faith
Is a contradiction
They say that this God
Is in my imagination
Something I learned from the start
But what they don’t see
Is that God is in my heart
Hate me!
Fight me!
Do what you need
What you need to succeed
But don’t tell me I never told you
What it means to know the truth
I’ll love you
Even if you’ll never see what’s true
I wanna be your friend
Through the end
But I don’t care if you reject me
I don’t care if you never see
But I’ll always live for Christ
Because He is the reason for my life
So go ahead and
Hate me!
Fight me!
