Fighting Feelings
The call ended
And more tears fall
No one said I love you
No one said I miss you
And her heart broke all over again
All she's ever wanted was his trust
And for him to know he's all she's ever dreamed of
That choosing him was by far her best decision
But instead every choice she makes
Every situation she gets herself into
Only puts more doubt about her in his mind
And every time she tries to make the right decision
She makes the wrong one even with the right intentions
She's that person that never says no
And because of that she's slowly losing the best thing that ever happened to her
All alone in this empty house
Missing him
Wishing she could make it all right
Everything she's ever done
Might've been done with best intentions
But never seems to work out the way she plans
No one will ever replace the best friend she lost
But losing him isn't what she wants
Her heart is his
Whether he believes it or not
This is her home
And their life together as imperfect as it may be
Is the one she wants to keep
Now and Forever!!!
