Fight Your Battle
Everyone has to fight a battle.
And maybe your battle is fought for you,
Or maybe your battle nearly kills you.
Even If your battle knocks you down,
Get back up and keep fighting.
The way I look at things,
Bad things are just bad storms.
And bad storms always pass over.
And maybe a million bad storms will hit you
But each storm is followed with a new day,
And each day has potential.
The trick is to stay in the present.
Don't look behind you,
What's back there doesn't matter.
And don't peak too far ahead,
There's no point in it.
Just keep your head held up,
Don't let things get in your way.
Even if you're struggling, smile.
Don't let your demons win.
Fight this battle called life.
