After all the stress and loss
After all is said, it is not done
We can rise, differently than the phoenix
Crawl to our feet bleeding and scarred
Take a look at ourselves beaten and marred
And push forth, plow through the persistent pain
Give the struggles in life a fight of their own
Give those who are still down a hand and bandages
Join together for the good fight against life
Make a difference to the indifferent
Take a hammer to the chains binding the world
And release the hopes that have been so long caged
Free yourself, free your family, free your friends
