fields of corn as far as the eye can see from horizon to horizon golden tassels wave at a never-ending blue sky allowing only occasional gossamer wisps of clouds to break the monotony

ok, now you've done it. I switched to 'I'm as corny as Kansas in August.... I've driven through Kansas many times and recall corn, cows and sunflowers.

That's right. I saw fields full of sunflowers and corn, but not so many cows as I anticipated. Thanks.
