Field of Blessings
Amidst the yellow flowers she stood
Wishing that he would arrive
She could feel his soul happy, so alive
All with the brush of breeze that could
Bring her everything she wished for
Laughter, smiles and hugs with love
They share with falling stars above
She hopes for him to feel once more
Through the shine of yellow petals, she walks
Carrying memories all of the way
Sending blessings to him on this day
As the field seems to listen as she talks
