Fictitious Articulation

A faux pas meant to be funny
a complicated compliment
undressing the address

Words intermingle
suspending the single

Ghosts masked in the past
hypocrisy lasts
living a lie
tears in the sky

Explaining the unexplainable
a throne unattainable
reprecussions released
a mindset at ease

Lay down your pen
surrender's at hand

I think I missed the memo:-) Obviously some backstory I'm unaware of, but the wordplay is worth two thumbs up and a wowsa! Politics, I will assume (and ignore;-) Cheerios amigo! ~ j
