The morning sky is still blueish
While the festive air feels newish
The snowflakes are falling
Now that Christmas is calling
Such an odd time of year when you're Jewish

But growing up Jewish for me meant a day where everything was closed so we stayed home and watched TV. And sometimes chinese food to follow haha
