Feminist Bake Sale

Bake sale for equality
Power to the people
But its true nullity
Its not for all people

"You've heard the complaints...
Now its really happening"
Equality with which you must reacquaint
The irony is saddening

One dollar for man
75¢ for a lady
Aren't we all human
We seem divided lately

Im not a feminist
But i hope you don't mind
Im a humanist
I believe in all of man kind

It's peculiar that, so many don't notice the revenge side of things; women have put up with so much for so long that it's easy to let the revenge slide right in; never realizing that men have already punished themselves. A very bold quatrain.

This poem was made not to berate feminism as a whole just those that believe equality is achieved by revenge such as those holding the bake sales charging more per man than woman.
